Pied Class

Best In Class

Squeaks’ Autumnglory’s Gobo

Owner: Kylee Dickey

P-001

Pied Black Male

Age: 2 years

Judges Comments:
Nice bulk, head has good broadness and bluntness. Missing the desired full color with black mixed into the white, pretty bristling whiskers, good thickness and length of tail with decent tuft. Very soft looking.

Second Place

RW’s Mira

Owner: Rebecca Ward

P-005

Pied Agouti Female

Age: 2 years

Judges Comments:
Beautiful slender body type (a side picture on all fours would make her shape easier to evaluate), nice vibrant agouti color, pied collar is nice -- just a bit broken on one side, nice straight tail -- could use a little more tuft, head is nice and broad and blunt, nice small ears, great whiskers, pretty almond eyes.

Third Place

MS’s Lasso

Owner: Katie Johnson

P-003

Pied Colorpoint Slate Male

Age: 1.5 years

Judges Comments:
Beautiful color, unbroken pied collar, very nice tuft and thickness of tail. The tail is not held straight and seems short in side view, but this is likely the camera angle (it appears long in the front view), pretty wine eyes, head has nice broadness between ears. He is a bit boney, and with more bulk and muscle, this lovely boy would be a top contender.

GLGC’s Speranza

Pied Argente Female

Age: 4 months

Owner: Maxine Stephen

Judges Comments:
Great body type for a female, wonderful unbroken pied collar! Good whiskers, head has nice broadness between the eyes, beautiful eye color, color is still nice and vibrant for a pied gerbil, nice ears. The small size and long tail length indicates that this is a youngster. She is a real beauty and will be a serious contender once she matures.

#P-004

Fiona Leann

Pied Agouti Female

Age: 1.5 years

Owner: Amanda Hatchett

Judges Comments:
Pretty almond eyes, sweet face, beautiful broad and blunt head, nice slender build, unbroken pied collar, nice ears. Give her a roll in a dust bath to make the fur shiny. Though she’s lost some of her tail, she could produce nicely pied pups.
