Refunds are issued on a very limited basis and depends on what was purchased and when.
Memberships: Standard and Premium membership fees are charged yearly and are non-refundable. Your membership is automatically set to renew annually unless otherwise cancelled by you in the Subscription tab of your Member Portal.
Merchandise: Occasionally the AGS offers merchandise to members such as special edition t-shirts and calendars. These items are pre-ordered and are ineligible for refund.
At this time, we use PayPal to securely process all transactions. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to purchase an AGS membership: Guest Checking is available!
No special action is required on your part to participate in Guest Checking. Just complete your transaction as normal using your credit/debit card number.

Discount coupons issued through the AGS are only valid for a set amount of time. Once a coupon expires, the code is invalid and cannot be used. This is for security reasons.
If you were issued a coupon and did not use it before the expiration date, please fill out and submit the form to the right. A volunteer that specializes in Billing and Memberships will contact you back via email.
This is likely because PayPal is still processing your payment through your bank. If a payment is pending (especially on a weekend) or there is an issue with your bank funds, the membership will remain on hold. The best thing to do is contact your bank and / or PayPal for more information.
